Specifically, the Corporation is organized to provide disaster relief and
development assistance in the form of engineering and other technical
consulting, advice, and assistance; the providing of equipment and
materials to carry out that advice; and other organizational and
consulting services designed to assist local organizations and
governments in preparing for and responding to disasters of all kinds
including disasters caused by terrorism, environmental contamination,
tsunamis and water drought.

Disaster Relief and Assistance in the field of Humanitarian
Assistance,
Water and Sanitation in the field of Agriculture and Rural
Development,
Conservation, Ecology and Natural Resources in reference to the
Environment,
Housing, Transportation, power generation and Urban Development

Programs and
Information, Education and Communication (IEC).
